Help! My number did not port and I can’t make calls

I switched from Koodo to Public Mobile Yesterday. I cannot make or receive calls, only texts and my number did not switch over, it’s a random number. I need my original number from Koodo.

Sometimes the following things can aid in this process:

 

  • Reboot device
  • Toggle airplane mode on and off
  • Remove SIM card and then reinsert
  • Reset network connections

 

If none of this helps, and it's been more than 3 to 4 hours, call the porting helpline at 1-844-x for porting related problems.
