Reset Your Self-Serve Password

Try the forgot password link.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.  If you still have problems the submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right

@thechunkyknot hi when you try again in an hour as suggested ,try chrome in ingognito mode it seems to have better results good luck
