Hello i am having problem adding my voucher to my account i entered the wrong voucher to many times

Yes but it wont let me enter it

@Christine1234 you can also go into your self serve account under payments then one time payment and enter it there

The minimum wait to try again is 1 hour. Where did you purchase your voucher? It may not be valid yet.

I try that to but it says my voucher is not valid i just got it at 1 this morning

@Christine1234   where you got your voucher from and when did you buy it?  Vouchers from some places need to wait 24 hours before it can be loaded. Has it been full 24 hours yet?

No i got it at a 7/11 i got it at 1 this morning so it hasn't been 24 hours yet

@Christine1234   vouchers from 7/11 should be instant as far as we know

 

I guess first open a ticket with PM Support and see what they say.
