Hello y'all
I missed the 90 mins time to approve for my phone number transfer from my original service provider to Public mobile. I have already issued a ticket but still didn't receive the transfer message from my original provider.
Anyone knows what to do next? Or just keep on waiting? Your suggestions are greatly appreciated

Okay so since you missed the timeframe then I will send you the porting number. They are closed as of the right now so you will have to call them back in the morning. Check your inbox by clicking your avatar and click Messages.
