Transfer my number to Public Mobile

Hi,

I need assistance transferring my old phone number without using the Public Mobile app, as my phone (ALCATEL onetouch) isn't a smartphone.

@Kwrty  Can also use a friends phone to download the app and activate then delete app from their phone and manage your account on the website after that . Be much faster then waiting for support to help

hi @Kwrty 

you can do that.  Just use the browser to start the subscription and it will get to Payment step.  After payment , it will ask you to continue with the app.  But at that step, you will open a ticket with PM support and ask them to complete the rest of the step and porting for you
