Hi i am writing because i accidentally bought the us roaming MB data i would like to get refund.

You will need to contact customer service agent for possible refund or credit.

hi @Kidusmoges yes, if you bought it wrong PM agent usually good and will arrange the fund to put it back to your account.

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
