Awesome thanks, the link worked so the pin is set up, but the PIN option is still not appearing under the account. Perhaps it might take some time for the changes to reflect.

use this direct link to update the PIN
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/reset/pin
after you update it, the PIn option will appear on My Account 's profile page

Yeah this is occurring on all browsers I have, even the mobile app doesn't have the Pin option either.

The website can be finicky. Might want to try to login by first clearing cache, incognito mode or a different web browser. Or even try a different device.

Sorry, to clarify I have no issues with my account but when I submitted a request for support they weren't able to validate my pin (which again I don't remember if I set one up) So I had to validate my account in a different way.
Based on the photos provided, I don't see the option to set up a Pin, or maybe It's buried somewhere else within the menu that I'm missing.

@Sushi_Combo You just have to log in to your account and set one up as suggested, or is your problem that you are unable to log in?

I don't see this Pin Password under my profile, when contacting support they asked for it but there was no way for me to provide since I don't remember having it set up during my account creation.

I assume that it is your PIN for your self service account. You choose one when you first activated your account. If you forgot it, you can reset and choose another PIN.
