I just activated a new plan and ported a number over. Koodo confirms its transferred but i still cant make or receive calls on my PM sim.

What about text? data?
Maybe try a reboot of your phone (if not done already). Or network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords).

I think the sim or account not fully setup yet. You need support to help, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
