I have not received one-time gift of 2GB of free data and 500 free intl. LD minutes yet. When will I receive the text message for the above free data and intl. LD minutes?

Thanks. I have tried to send YES2 to shortcode 4911, but it does not work. I have opened a ticket with PM Support and waiting for the reply.

first try to send YES2 to shorcode 4911
if you got back a reply saying they will add it, good
if not, then just open ticket with PM Support and they will add it back for you.
