I used a refer a friend code when I signed up but didn't receive my one-time $10 off my bill.  When will I see this applied to my account?

I have already received my bill for my second month, and no credit was available or applied...

The $10 credit will apply to your next month bill and you will see it in your account after 3 days.

HI @MHA   if you are the one who used the code, wait 72 hours and you should see the $10

 

If not, please open a ticket with CS agent

Start by Typing: My rewards are missing,
Select "Public Points"
click on "Refer A friend",
then click on "Yes, I'm the referred customer',
finally click "Click here to submit a ticket" .
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Thanks I have sent a private message as I was unable to open a ticket.  I have been using public mobile for over a month now.

@Handy1   OP is the "friend" who used the code

The one newly activated, who used the code, will be the one who opened ticket in this situation

@MHA   the referral code will be applied to your account as Available Fund within 72 hours

 

If it has not been 72 hours, please wait

If it has been 72 hours, please check again using incognito mode and see if you see it there as Available Fund

If still not find it there after 72 hours, please open ticket with Pm Support using Chatbot

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
