I have an account and subscribed for autopay however now I can’t login to my account.
I have tried resetting my password which it says email is not registered when chosen.
I tried checking my password via phone number which is 100% correct.
Finally somehow I was able to rest password however still it says email and password doesn’t match.
How can I access my account?

try using the app with the password you just reset
