Paid for data but not working

Twice i paid for 1 gb of data. It shows my payment went through but in my add ons it os not showing up. I cannot contact anyone and the chat tell me to get a ticket but i continue getting an error message. Im almost ready to cancel public mobile

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and opening a new browser window in incognito/ private mode?
