Hi there,
I ordered a phone from Public Mobile which was meant to be delivered today. I received a notification from PM today
saying they had tried to deliver but were unsuccessful. The buzzer in my apartment never buzzed! I am concerned now how do I get the new phone I paid for?

Warranty. Return policy.

Well....I logged into the email that I used for my order and UPS claimed they tried to deliver last Wednesday at 3:21 pm....when I was less than 20 feet from my front door in full view sitting at the kitchen table. I have until March 30th to pick it up at the UPS store.
Use the tracking in your email to locate your pick up location.

Not with my mail carrier.....I got mail today but no phone or notice and my mail carrier won't ring the doorbell because he's now scared pantless of us after holding our mail hostage for 5 months last year.....

Hi colleen, you'll have to get a hold of an agent to find out when they can send your phone. At the bottom right hand corner of the screen you can click on the bubble and submit a ticket.

If PM was unable to deliver your phone. Chances that your order will be returned to PM.
Best that you contact a CS_Agent right away by private messaging or Chat on this Community page along with your order number and your personal information.

@colleenM8 You will need to open a ticket with PM support and see if they can work with the courier for re-delivery with proper info.
