Grandfather lost phone and I need to set up a new phone with the same account

My grandfather recently lost his phone and I want to transfer the account he currently has to a new sim for a new phone. How do I go about doing this?

get a new cell and a new sim. Log in to your account to Change Sim Card Number and you're good to go.

For a new PM sim, you can order from PM website or your local Mobile Klinik has them. Alternative: Amazon
