I am trying to put money on my account and the add funds option doesn't exist and on the phone via *611 it keeps saying my pin is incorrect I have no clue how to submit a ticket and or have this reset! Help! Please 🙏

that is a 4 digits account pin you need. How long you have joined PM? for those who joined in the past year, the activation does not include the pin setup so you might not have it setup anyway
