Why are us loyal customers never given the option to change our plan to one of the new ones? Makes me sad ! I love public mobile but only new customers get to lock in the great deals !
I am trying to put money on my account and the add funds option doesn't exist and on the phone via *611 it keeps saying my pin is incorrect I have no clue how to submit a ticket and or have this reset! Help! Please
I've had great success in help within the community when I first started with public and had these issues. Hopefully your all sorted out by now but don't panic the members are always quick !
