Hey I just ordered a refurbished phone through public mobile it arrived yesterday but the charger on it doesn't work so i'd like to return it.
However
When I go to fill out a ticket, it states that I cannot submit the form until all boxes have been completed, but the form will not let me check all the boxes.
For example it asks if I would like to Return or Exchange, I select 'Return'
I then go to the question confirming my return address to send the mailer, and it asks me a Yes or No answer.
I select 'Yes'
But once I do that it deselects 'Return' from the previous question, thus meaning I am unable to fully complete the Ticket.
Thank you for any one who can help me with this, hoping to get it sorted before my 30 days return period is up!

It's not access the Ticket which is the problem, once I'm trying to fill that ticket out, that's where the issues arise

Yes, open ticket with Chatbot will likely get quicker reply. Follow this exact steps and and it will help you to open the ticket:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
