Number Transfer issue

Hello yesterday I transferred two number from Koodo.  One worked and one is stuck.  Still get service on Koodo but no texts, just phone and data.  Got the text from Public saying port is good to restart phone but obviously not working.  Have tried filling out a ticket but it keeps failing.  Any ideas on next steps?

Says SOS only. Put Koodo in get data and calls but no texts.  Called in was told port was complete but something is wrong obviously since it is not.  Otherwise Koodo sim would not work and public would.

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.  If you are not receiving calls and text on your PM sim card, and only outgoing calls work, then you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed

What happens when you put the PM SIM card in the phone? What about text, talk and data?  

Are you able to receive calls or texts with PM SIM card?
