I have an account with Public Mobile. There is a monthly re-occurring charge of $38.42 against my credit card. This charge shows up as Public Mobile on my credit card statement.
The issue is that I have another re-occurring monthly charge for $38.42, on a different monthly date which shows up as PUBLIC MOBILE SELF-SER. I do not know what this charge is about. Can someone please assist me to figure this out.

@Q-4-Aanya Is one charge just pending ? If so it should fall off , but if both charges are posted and the difference in money is not sitting in your account s available funds

how many account you have with PM?
and make sure you aware PM is running on a 30 days cycle and your renewal date is different every month.
and confirm the one of the two charges is not a pending charge
