I changed my plan that is a lesser value and my payment came out already, I opened a ticket but how long will it take to get the refund, or WILL I EVEN GET A REFUND!

the truth is PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not issue refund. Situation like this, plan changing, usually do not quality for a refund. You should have used Change on Renewal instead of change now option
But you submitted ticket, wait for the unexpected good news. Check community inbox for PM agent's reply. Or message them again if waited long enough
