Why cant I log into my account? Getting frustrated with this discounted service. First they ding my son $25 for US data usage when we havent left Canada and now I cant add an addon when Im travelling tomorrow. Fantastic

Site still down. Only way to update account info right now seems to be to download the Public Mobile app and make changes that way.

It just sends me to an error page with message 'unauthorized'. I need to login to update my payment information.

Same here, I want to change my plan and this site seems to go down when it's needed. I honestly don't know why I stick with this provider. Half the time it seems the site is either really slow or down.

@Ela64 The PM app is working try there instead , also you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 /shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume service right away

I recently had my credit card compromised. I now have a new card so I need to change the card on my account.
When I try to log into "my account" I get an "unauthorized" error at top left.
When I try to login by 611 it won't accept any PIN that I can ever remember using.
How proceed to get my phone back working?

@PublicJake Yes your not alone site is down for now try again in a hour , but the PM app is working can use it instead and update it if needed

Yes, I am getting this message "Pretty-Print "Unauthorized"" . Not able to see my account. (in laptop). I tried Google, Edge and Brave browser - all browser gives same error message.

@Shivoham Your not alone many are having issues logging into the website , but the PM app is working , so you can use it instead

As soon as login into public mobile account, I am getting " Pretty-Print { "message": Unauthorized"} " is appearing and not able to go head to see my account (on Laptop).
The above message appears in all browser : 1) Google, 20 Microsoft Edge and 3) Brave Browser. NOT ABLE TO LOGIN into my account in Public Mobile.
Also I checked in my laptop, there is NO pretty printer extension installed in my browser.
Please help.

it could. because PM is working on the app update and has taken us down.

Did you try using the PM app? It worked for me. I think the website is down but not the app.

Login on the PM app then go to Payment tab>Update Card Information. I just login on the app with no issues.
