I don’t mean to offend Public Mobile here. but because I am not familiar with how Public Mobile customer service works, so please allow me ask below questions. Thanks!
Is it normal that Public Mobile will assist the customer by Private Message?
Is it normal to give the agent below information in private messages?
“In order to access and secure your account, please send me:
Your first and last name
Public Mobile Phone Number
Last payment amount and the date
Account number
Last four digits of the registered credit card on the account
Email address
Address and postal code on the account”

Actually, it is more normal to submit a ticket for customer service agent help (rather than private messaging directly first). The ticketing system is broken. By submitting a ticket, you will bypass the above verification questions since you have login into your secure account.
CSA agent need to verify ownership of account when directly private messaging CS_Agent. .
