[Updated as of 10/10/25]: The ticketing issue has been resolved. Ticket submissions through the usual form are now working as expected. If it’s been more than 24 hours, please submit your ticket again.

We’re currently experiencing an issue with our ticket submission system. While it may look like tickets are being submitted successfully, they are not reaching our agents at this time.
While we work on resolving this issue, we ask that you contact our Customer Support Agents through Private Messages on the Community instead of using the usual ticket submission link.

How to check for a response:
If you submitted a ticket in the past few days and haven’t received a response, please resubmit your issue using the Private Message method above.

If you are still having issues, you will need to directly private message CS_Agent. Don't count on CSA_PM to private message you.

I’ve been waiting for a response to my ticket for many days now - but have just seen this so it must not have gone through.
I am having trouble for over a week now getting my imessage to activate using my number. I just switched from Virgin to PM and I can’t use imessage with my phone number. I’ve tried restarting and resetting everything I’ve seen others say online and nothing has worked. What can I do? Please send me a message.
