[Updated as of 10/23/25]: The ticketing issue has been resolved. Ticket submissions through the usual form are now working as expected. If it’s been more than 24 hours, please submit your ticket again.

We’re currently experiencing an issue with our ticket submission system. While it may look like tickets are being submitted successfully, they are not reaching our agents at this time.
While we work on resolving this issue, we ask that you contact our Customer Support Agents through Private Messages on the Community instead of using the usual ticket submission link.

How to check for a response:
If you submitted a ticket in the past few days and haven’t received a response, please resubmit your issue using the Private Message method above.

Since you are on the topic of ticket submission system. May I know if there is anyway for people who cannot login My Account (maybe no active account or they forgotten login) to open ticket user the Chatbot?
