Hi Team,
I am writing to follow up on my case (Reference: ##############). It has now been over a week without any phone service, and the lack of progress is severely impacting my daily life and work. This has become an emergency.
I need an immediate update on the following:
1. Has the backend system error mentioned by Jean been resolved?
2. My number ######-#### is still stuck. Since the "Aliant Mobility" port request was a technical error/misunderstanding during the Koodo store visit, I need Public Mobile to take lead in reclaiming this number.
3. I have already switched to a physical SIM card (for the temporary number ###-###-####). As soon as you recover my original number ###-###-####, please move it to this physical SIM card immediately.
Please escalate this ticket to your technical supervisor or the porting specialist team. I cannot afford to wait any longer without a working phone.
I look forward to your immediate response.

Best practice is to never post sensitive info (ie; cell numbers or file numbers) on any Community Forum. Could be recidivists in any public forum such as this.
