@0PX9O4 : I knew they were here. I don't do copy/paste so they may have beaten me to it if I had taken the time to type and then my post would look foolish. (Edit: a concept severely lacking around here.) So whatever.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
only them will reset for you,
