Hello,
I have a question about Resume Services.
When the system says: due to the expiration of your subscription. (I forgot to pay for the next month fee.)
If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number  Pay Now and Resume Services.

The question is:
Is there any way I can pay by Voucher instead of Credit Card in order to resume services?

Yes you can but login to your account and make sure Subscribe (AutoPay) button is disabled so the monthly payment won’t be withdrawn from your registered CC.

Dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and pay with vouchers.

Just encase you are looking where to purchase vouchers since PM have recently  made changes of retailers that sells vouchers.

You should be able to load up funds via vouchers.  That would re-activate your account.  No personal experience though. 

Go to payment section. Click on redeem payment voucher.
