It looks like successfully completing the lost password form on the site doesn't result in a password reset email. The email is not going to my spam box (gmail) so I can only assume this feature is broken or public mobile is blocked. How can I pay my bill if I can't log into my account?

Sorry, sadly the password reset is broken, you need to contact the moderator team Click this to send the moderator team a message and include your name, account number and phone number, pin number, date of birth, mailing address and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)

Unfortunately you are correct - this feature is broken and has been for a long time.
Send the mods a private message by clicking here and providing your email address, phone number and a description of your problem - they will be able to reset your password. 🙂
