Your best solution is to create a support ticket. Explain your issue to SIMON, the ? comment box in the bottom right.Answer his questions until you get to here:
Submit your ticket with the link at the bottom.

Contact @Moderator_Team
It can take up to 48 hours for the team to respond to your concerns. It's best to create a support ticket as issues sent through SIMON are being given priority.

Have you forgot your email address used to login to your self-serve account?
After activation, you should received a PM welcome email.
If you did not receive any email from PM, there may be a typo on your email address. Create a support ticket to ask moderator help. Click the ? icon at the lower right hand corner to get started.

You should have received an email when you first activated. Maybe check your various email accounts.
