Hi, I am trying to activate a new account and transfer my phone number. Midway through activating things on the app and the process failed and booted me back to the login. Now when I try to log in to the app, it just loops back to the log in screen, and on the web I get a "forbidden a1" error. It has been this way for about a day now. I have reset all the devices, reinstalled the app, and tried things with the new sim both in and out, always the same. Chatbot has been exactly zero help.
What else can I do/what are my next steps?
Please help!

Try to uninstall and reinstall the app and login
and has it pass the payment screen yet? If not, then just use another email address to create another login
but if it passed, and uninstall-reinstall didn't help, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
