Hi there, I tried to activate my sim with phone number transfer yesterday but due to not having any minutes left on my old account could not get a confirmation text. I can't submit a ticket

Nee activation?? was the service working briefly and stopped working?? eSIM or physical??
Many have same error and look like only support agent can help.

Does anyone have a phone number I can contact for support with Public mobile? I called the old company and they said that the number was ported but we still have no service!

hi @Ehuc call your old carrier, they might allow to let you port your number with your verbal approval
If they agree, then call porting support team and ask them to reinitiate the port request

hi @Ehuc you need active account to port. So, you old account must be active
you can deal with the porting first. After it is ported , you can them login My Account. But check with you old account carrier to see if they allows you to port without the text authorization.

Try clearing your cookies, restarting your phone and try using a different browser. Wait for an hour or so then try logging in again.
About not having enough minutes to transfer you will have to wait for your plan to renew or buy an add-on from your service provider.
