I recently switched over the public mobile. When I got to the transfer number page, it failed to move my number and I can't login on the Public Mobile App. When I try to use the website to log in, it redirects me to "Forbidden A1" on the page. I checked with my credit card, and the transaction went through.
What's the problem?

Nope, doesn't work when I refresh.

@loamyg, I get the forbidden A1 message all the time. Simply hit the refresh button and everything will load.
