Yes I am also facing same issue , not able to login on account and there is no network showing in my mobile

You'll need to a open a ticket.  CS_Agent is unlikely to respond here, but even if a customer support agent does, that person will not be able to discuss your account here.

hi @Akashg 

if you call from another phone to 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your phone number, does the system says your service still active? or suspended?

if it says active, then try your sim card in another phone if possible

if same, ask PM support to check, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

Hi @BKNS27 network still down , have restarted my phone severaytime, any suggestions please

The network is fine on my phone. The website and app are down but service is fine so reset the Network Settings on your phone.

This is one of the major issues of Public Mobile.  I need to pay my account and you have no way to do it.  you cant log in, you cant call 611 cuz its dead air, the app doesnt work.  So fustrating
