I was told you are not charged until Sim card is activated.  There are no live agent yo speak to. Just messaging.

They also said the bot is working. If you are saying it is not, then submit a message at the link below and explain.

2 things please ; I tried to submit a ticket and it takes me to an automated bot which leads me to know where and when I circumvent the bot to a live agent I get told none are available .
2) my “ activation “ screen “ on the account says payment complete but it wants me to complete my activation to move forward , meaning there are no other options to cancel .
am I still going to be charged if I am not activated ? And how else do I submit a ticket seeing how these methods do not work despite being in regular business hours .

Unfortunatley, Public Mobile does not verify or do credit checks so there would be nothing to 'approved'. There are no refunds of services that are pre-paid.

If you know the sign in information you need to go online and cancel the service by disabling auto-pay under the Subscription tab. Switch the button to off.

Then submit a ticket to the link below to have the credit information removed from file to prevent any possible future charges.

Hi @Tbaz - from what I understand, Public Mobile is a prepaid carrier which means those charges are for the upcoming service your child subscribed to. If this was done without your approval, I would encourage you to open a ticket with support & potentially call your financial provider to dispute the charge.

And also have a heart-to-heart with your child about this.
