Finally out of porting limbo. Activation date wasn't changed!

I was under the impression that the activation date would be changed once the port finally goes through. I've spent 2 weeks in porting limbo and haven't really used the pm sim since I couldn't receive calls or texts. Anyone has any success with changing the activation date to the one that the port finally came through?

It is only fair to start paying for the 3 months promo plan once services are actually in place.
