Transferring service and number from Fido to Public Mobile. Cancelled Fido plan two weeks ago and now attempting to set up the same number with Public Mobile. I used correct inputs when setting up in the app with the phones IMEI number, this was 5 hours ago so should be verified. Codes are being sent to this number but I am not getting any of the messages.

part of the port process requires your old account with Fido to still be active. Take a new number now.
