Fido is requesting Public mobile to send a port transfer number transfer request again

I missed 90 minute window yesterday to reply to message . Please send the port transfer request again

I am having same issue - Fido request has timed out twice….

As the customer already has an opened port request, taking the above steps will fail.   Only Public Mobile can fix this and the customer should be using the chatbot to contact a Public Mobile customer support agent.
