I just switched to pm from freedom and tried to port my number. Now both accounts are active trying to use the same phone number. Freedom is the only one working for talk/text and pm works for data. How do I finish the transfer properly? Freedom said they’re unable to help

and how long you replied yes? It can be another hour after you reply yes for port to complete. Reboot your phone with the PM sim and test inbound calls

You will need to re-initiate the porting process. I will send you the phone number via private messages. Check your inbox, click your avatar then click messages.
Make sure to leave freedom sim card in phone to get the text to reply.

Leave freedom sim in phone to get confirmation text to port out. Did you do that?
