Hello
I signed up for PM a week ago and my credit card was charged twice by PM. One was the regular pre pay amount for the month. The second charge was $19.95. On my PM payment history there is no record of the $19.95 charge and I can't figure out what it was for? Anyone have any idea? thank you

HI @gmgreen96 $19.95 is $19 + tax for some province. But PM does not have any charges that would be $19. So, I don't think it looks like a pending charge
Or any chance you bought 2 SIM cards?
You can have CS agent to confirm if they are real charge
To open a ticket with PM CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Start by typing "Overcharge"
then click "Contact Us"
then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

We like to think of pre-tax amounts. So that's $19 in AB. I can't think of any charge like that here.

@gmgreen96 There should be no other charges
If you login to My Account, Payment history page, do you see such a charge?
I suggest you to open ticket with PM Support and get them to look into it

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

I do not see any plan costing $19.95 tax included.
PM does not charge any extras for signing up.
Is that second charge maybe pending transaction?
