This month there was an extra $43.00 charge on my credit card . I live in BC and this was listed as Self-Ser Edmonton. Tried to submit a ticket for a customer service agent but it just kept giving an endless “loading” message. Any ideas?

hopefully, you're aware that your PM plan is for 30 days...not a full month every month. It's possible that you could end up paying for your PM plan twice in the same month. Dec had 31 days so that could be why !

However, before you do, reach out to your credit card company and actually confirm it's a double charge and not just a pending charge. Those are often mistaken. If it pending, don't worry, it will disappear. If it is a double charge, reach out to a CS Agent and they'll fix it.
