Expired credit card

Debbievan7

My credit card expired on my auto pay plan. When I log on to update it, it says I need to register for a subscription. When I try to re-register it won't allow me because it says my SIM is already in use

@Debbievan7 the error about you need to register for a subscription just indicates that your Eversafe login is not currently tie with your My Account.  Easy fix for PM but you need to engage them by direct message here:

       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

In the meantime, you can wait for support to sort out the login issue and pay manually online.  Or you can resume service first if you know the 4 digits account pin, you can try to call *611 from your phone or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone and pay manually there
Or if you don't know the account pin and would still like to resume service first, buy a voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and load the voucher using *611 or 1.855.4PUBLIC

@Debbievan7  Maybe try to clear web browser cache and cookies and try again incognito / private mode . Or try the app instead if you only been using web . See if that helps
