EverSafe not working with iPhone 6...

Anyone tried using EverSafe with iPhone 6...? I can login using EverSafe from newer Apple devices but not iPhone because the phone browser just goes blank wherever it loads EverSafe...

you said the app works on other iPhone, so you have another one?

you can use that other iPhone to help the activation process instead

On that other iPhone, make sure you logout the PM app, and go to the default browser , Safari I guess, and clear browser cache first

 I bought in store the SIM card, I just can't sign in to complete the activation on my phone cause of the ever safe.id never opens, of course i prepaid my plan but cant have a phone line

 

 

@kobeLou  Are you trying to download eSIM to your iPhone 6 ? If so that’s the issue I believe I phone 6  only use physical SIM card . To use eSIM with iPhone it needs to be iPhone XS or latter

Yeah no app support for older devices it seems...EverSafe is annoying to me and not worth the trouble for it's extra security...

yes, you have to have support to link your new sim card to your account, please message them here

I bought at the Telus store my SIM card yesterday, I loaded the app on APP store, when I click sign in I just can't pass by the Eversafe page doesn't load, I cant activate my phone. 

 

@kobeLou iPhone 6 does not have eSIM support, it only takes physical sim

So, if yours is really an iPhone 6, you will need to buy a physical sim card from local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik stores or Amazon, then open ticket with PM support and ask them to help to change it back to physical sim card and add the sim card number onto your account

To open ticket with support after you got the physical sim card

Yes ! it is stuck at this activation page not loading I have iPhone 6, I paid my plan on my laptop scanned the Q code to get the app once I click on activate or sign in goes to a blank page ,Eversafe.id Telus. can't use my phone but paid for the plan, now I want to cancel but I can't access my account wow great start with Public mobile and no direct support phone or store.

I'll try that too and report back...so far I've used Safari and DuckDuckGo browsers...

No I haven't yet but I'll try it tonight and report back to see if that works thank you I didn't think of trying that...

@TheGx  Have you tried on the new App with your iPhone 6 does that make any difference for you

@TheGx it could be a Safari issue, the app calls the default browser on the back to login

Can you download chrome and make it default and test again?
