I bought at the Telus store my SIM card yesterday, I loaded the app on APP store, when I click sign in I just can't pass by the Eversafe page doesn't load, I cant activate my phone.
Yes ! it is stuck at this activation page not loading I have iPhone 6, I paid my plan on my laptop scanned the Q code to get the app once I click on activate or sign in goes to a blank page ,Eversafe.id Telus. can't use my phone but paid for the plan...
