I don't think the others understood your question. NO you don't need to delete existing e-sims from your phone. iPhones for sure can support more than one e-sim. After you activate/transfer the new e-sim to your new phone then if you choose you can delete any other inactive e-sims from your phone.

did you use the app?
if you did, check if the eSIM was installed. Check Settings -> Cellular. Make sure Turn on this line is enabled and set as Primary

Thank you but I have purchased the online eSIM for both iphones without luck

esim cannot be transferred but you can get a replacement for free. Download PM app on the new phone, buy from Account page , choose Purchase sim card as follow

@Mobojoe No you need to log into the app with new phone and rebuy eSIM , the system should credit you back the money at check out and if not just message support and then will give you credit for the cost
