Since the installation of MyAccount, I receive an error every time I try to purchase an add-on. I can’t really do anything except view MyAccount summary page. Please help.

What kind of error do you get?
Does your credit card gets charged after error?
Try different browser, clear cache, try incognito mode.
Buying add-on is 2-step process: add funds to account then buy what you need.

First, try to clear cache and restart the browser
or Try using Incognito mode.
You can also try to use a laptop or desktop computer

Likely just a cache issue
Please try to use incognito mode or try to use a completely different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox)
