Hello,
I'm needing to change my payment info, but it won't process through for some reason. I need help please.

There could be many reasons. I do know the website has cache issues. So then after the hour until you're no longer locked out, try one more time. And if you get the error again, please go into your browser settings and clear your cache. Then close the browser, re open and try again. This in theory should work. 🙂

Thanks for the step by step instructions lol I am aware of them already, was just confused why it wouldn't process through, is all.

Wait for just over an hour so you're no longer locked out. This is how you can change your credit card info using the app. It's super easy!
How to change credit card on phone app
Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.
Sign into your app.
When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.
Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments
The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.
The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.
There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.

you need to wait an hour and try again using Incognito/Privae/Secret mode on the browser
