I have not received a welcome email

is your device eSIM compatible?

Check that before going any further.

I would probably say the welcome email has the QR code to scan to get the eSIM? Just a guess I could be wrong.

@Shehryar if you're using Gmail, check all your boxes from Primary Promotions Social and Spam.

Check if your account is active. If yes, why would you need 'welcome email' if all services are working properly?

Yes, download the app - selected activate - chose phone number and on step 6 it gives an error: "ESIM Not Installed"
