Yesterday, January 3, I tried signing for and paying for the above so I could use my phone in the US.  When I tried paying I got a message that my payment couldn't be processed, so I gave up on that option and purchased a SIM card.  When I checked my credit card this morning, I discovered that Public had indeed processed my payment.  

I want my money back.  This is coming across as a scam and everyone should be warned not to trust Public on this matter.

Sometimes the system can be buggy, im sorry you experienced this, it shouldnt take the funds if it said the payment wasnt made/processed. I would ask PM to issue you a refund since this sounds like a system error, you can message PM here:

you meant sim card with another carrier ? or sim with PM? buying just a sim from PM won't help

but anyway, ask PM support agent, they can probably assist

I bought a SIM card.   The only solution to this is to refund my money.

you bought another sim card? or you activate another account with PM?
