Hey there, to change your email you can log in, go to your Profile, Manage Eversafe ID and change Email address there.
If you cant log in, you can reach out to PM customer service to assist you, which you can do here:

you can probably still login to My Account with the old email. If you can, go to Profile page, Manage Eversafe ID and update the email address there
if you cannot login at all, then ask PM support agent to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
