Erroneously added add on service of US roaming to add on data only have paid on automatically and saw that have added service that I don't need it . How will public mobile help me to refund and remove the service of add on to my account? I wrote an email message past one hour and have not received response from the agent.

The CS_Agent will not email you back as everything is done through messaging to the agent and keep your eyes on the bell notification top right.

Sometimes accidents happen. As long as you haven't used it, CS Agents usually have no problem crediting your account for the amount you spent. They won't give you a refund but a credit to your account.
